Terms of use for eziar.com
These terms cover the website at eziar.com. Using the Eziar service itself is governed by the agreement between Eziar and your practice.
1. What this site is
eziar.com describes Eziar, accounting software for Australian practices, and lets practices ask for early access. The site is published by Eziar ("we").
2. Information, not advice
Nothing on this site is accounting, tax or legal advice. The screens shown are demonstrations with made-up figures and made-up businesses. Screens marked "Concept" show work that is being built and may change before it is released.
3. Early access
Asking for early access does not create an account or an agreement. If we offer your practice early access, the terms of that access are set out in the Early access agreement we send you, and nothing on this site changes them.
4. Using the site
- You may read the site and share links to it.
- You may not copy the site's text, pictures or code for another product or site without our written permission.
- You may not try to interfere with the site, probe it for weaknesses, or send automated requests to it beyond ordinary browsing.
5. Names and trademarks
The Eziar name and wordmark belong to Eziar. Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Claude and Codex are the trademarks of their respective owners. They are named here to say what Eziar works with; Eziar is not affiliated with or endorsed by their owners unless we say so expressly.
6. Links and third parties
The site may link to other sites. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
7. No warranty for the site
We keep the site accurate and available as far as we reasonably can, but we do not promise that it is always complete, current or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Privacy
How we handle information on this site and in the service is set out in our privacy policy.
9. Changes and law
We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the Australian courts have jurisdiction.
